NEW AD NAMED AT HOBAN

AKRON -- Michael J. Del Medico has been named athletic director at Archbishop Hoban High School. He replaces Sean Quinn, who will be moving to South Bend, Ind., with his wife, Dr. Megan Quinn.

Del Medico has been with the Scanlon Group Co. L.P.A. of Akron since 1980 and is currently a partner, president and managing partner. He is a past board trustee with the Akron Bar Association. As an ABA member since 1980 he has served on the Liaison with the University of Akron School of Law, Grievance, Young Lawyers and Law Week committees.

At the School of Law, Del Medico was a professor of trial advocacy from 1997 to 2002. He is a frequent guest lecturer in torts, negotiations, ethics and professional responsibility. He is an active participant and organizer of the Mentor/Mentee Program.
